Chad Zumock's origin story begins in the Cleveland, Ohio comedy scene. A self-proclaimed '2.4 GPA General Studies graduate' of Kent State University -- a biographical detail he leans into as a bit -- Zumock cut his teeth performing with the Last Call Cleveland sketch comedy troupe before moving to Los Angeles in 2005 to pursue stand-up full time. The LA years were arguably his peak. He opened for legitimate headliners including Dave Attell, Daniel Tosh, Nick Swardson, Jeff Ross, and Sarah Silverman, building the kind of resume that suggested a real career was forming.
