Felicia Gillespie Records Therapy Session to Disprove Narcissist Label
Felicia Gillespie sent a $5 super chat to MLC containing a recorded counseling session where she asked her therapist if she was a narcissist because Pat Dixon said she was.
Felicia Gillespie resurfaced on MLC this week, reigniting her past drama with Pat Dixon. The two previously dated and had a messy breakup, after which Pat allegedly labeled Felicia as having a personality disorder and being a narcissist. In an apparent attempt to clear her name, Felicia sent a $5 super chat to Kevin Brennan's show containing a secretly recorded therapy session. In the clip, Felicia explained that during an EMDR trauma therapy session, she deliberately removed her headphones and recorded the session on her phone with the intention of possibly releasing it publicly. She stated, "I know I'm not a narcissist. My life doesn't reflect the life of somebody who is or reflect the life of somebody who has a personality disorder." The hosts immediately noted the irony of the situation, pointing out that recording and publicly broadcasting your own therapy session to prove you're not self-obsessed is somewhat self-defeating. One host quipped, "She's talking about putting out a therapy session to prove how not into herself she is." Another added, "If you get to the point where you have to say 'I know I'm not a narcissist,' it's not looking good." Felicia also made a jab at Pat Dixon on her own show, saying she won't have sex with him even though they work together now, because she doesn't "want to go crazy down the road," with a host suggesting Kate Meanie may have been the "first victim."
