Shuli Egar
Shuli Egar is a stand-up comedian, former Howard Stern Show staffer, and one of the most prominent personalities in the Dabbleverse. Born to Israeli parents and raised with a deep love for The Howard Stern Show, Shuli moved from Los Angeles to Las Vegas to pursue stand-up comedy, where he spent years bombing in nearly empty casinos along the Strip. His persistence as a frequent Stern Show caller for over seven years led to an on-air blackjack session in 2002 that changed his career trajectory entirely. Despite having no journalism background, Shuli was hired as a correspondent for Howard 100 News in 2005 and spent the next fifteen years climbing the ranks -- from news correspondent to Wack Pack wrangler to on-air contributor, writer, and producer. His departure from the Stern Show in January 2021, prompted by the pandemic, a move to Huntsville, Alabama, and a desire to stand on his own, launched his independent career as a podcaster and touring comedian. Through The Shuli Show, The Uncle Rico Show, and The Shuli Network, he has become one of the Dabbleverse's most active commentators and Stuttering John's most persistent antagonist -- armed with insider knowledge from their shared Stern Show history that gives his criticism a unique credibility.
